We had a double king room. It was more spacious, clean, and nicely designed than other higher level brand name hotels that I’ve stayed in, which was a nice surprise. The beds and pillows were super comfy too. The shower, bathroom, and sink were impeccably clean. The room was nice and quiet; I couldn’t hear people passing by or in other rooms. We didn’t sightsee in SF and only went to an event at the Oakland Arena (need a car), so for that purpose this hotel was a great location. The hotel is near the airport as well. Check in and check out was quick and easy with courteous staff.

This hotel is a 3 minute ride from the airport. It is also conveniently located to the show we were going to. We loved the comfortable king-sized beds and down pillows. We only spent one night but it was nice seeing the k cup coffee maker and broad selection of channels on the television. The room was very nice and I would definitely enjoy staying there in the future if my travels take me there.

The checkin process was quick, staff was friendly, elevator was close, enough parking, everything looked clean. Our 2 king beds were super comfy with lots of pillows and nice blanket. Bathroom was updated and clean. We had a fridge, which worked great. The AC was nice and cool. The room had plenty of space and a working tv. They even let us check out an hour late.

Love the staff, they went above and beyond for us. Especially the shuttle crew who actually brought my left behind pillow to the airport for me. Not to mention helped me in trying to locate my phone that I’d left in my Uber. A+

The room was very clean and updated and comfortable for our night stay. We were near the airport but able to sleep through the night. Glad we could get a shuttle from airport and back to the airport in the morning.
